Which CIPD qualifications are available?

CIPD courses, both in HR and L&D, are available at three levels:

  • Level 3 (Foundation) — Equivalent level to A-Levels
  • Level 5 (Associate) — Equivalent level to an undergraduate degree
  • Level 7 (Advanced) — Equivalent level to a postgraduate degree
