⚠ Resubmission deadline? 48-hour turnaround as standard

A Refer isn’t a verdict. It’s a to-do list — once someone decodes it
Refers are common, recoverable, and usually caused by a handful of fixable gaps. The hard part is that assessor feedback rarely tells you what to do. We translate it into a prioritised revision plan, AC by AC — so you resubmit with a map instead of a guess.
We plan the revisions. You write every one of them.
How it works
From Red Ink to Revision Plan in 48 Hours
01
Send both Documents
Your marked submission and the assessor’s feedback — however brief or cryptic that feedback is.
02
We decode the feedback
Each comment is traced back to the specific ACs and grade descriptors it’s really pointing at.
03
Get your plan
A prioritised revision list: what to fix first, what each fix must demonstrate, and what to leave alone.
04

Common Questions
Before you Book
I only got two sentences of feedback. Is that enough to work with?
Usually, yes. Sparse feedback is frustrating but rarely random — it points at specific criteria once you know the grade descriptors behind it. Decoding exactly that kind of feedback is what this service is for; we also cross-reference your submission itself against every AC, so the plan doesn’t depend on the feedback’s wording alone.
Will you rewrite the failed sections for me?
No — and be very wary of anyone who offers to. A resubmission written by someone else is contract cheating and puts your whole qualification at risk. Our plan tells you precisely what each revision must achieve; the writing is yours.
My resubmission deadline is days away. Can you still help?
The standard turnaround is 48 hours, and an express option is available at checkout. Tell us your deadline when you book and we’ll confirm feasibility before taking payment.
What if I refer again?
Second refers are rarer once the first plan is followed, but if it happens, we’ll review the new feedback against your plan at no charge for the written review — we want to know what was missed as much as you do.
Should I have done something differently before submitting?
Possibly — most Refers we see would have been caught by a mock mark. No blame; you didn’t know us then. But for your next unit, the earlier stages of support exist precisely so Refer Rescue isn’t needed.
