It covers the legal and regulatory frameworks that support and underpin diversity and inclusion and the range of strategies and approaches that can be used to ensure a diverse and inclusive workplace. It also provides an understanding of the role of HR in promoting diversity and inclusion and the skills and knowledge required to manage a diverse and inclusive workforce effectively.
