Templates for the job, not the assignment

You studied the employee lifecycle. Monday morning still needs an induction checklist, a probation letter, and a one-to-one agenda by 9am. Every document here is a plain-English starting point you can adapt in minutes — drafted by practitioners, mapped to the topics you studied.

Workplace documents: yes. Assignment scaffolds: never.

The library contains documents for doing the job — letters, checklists, forms and policies. It deliberately contains no assignment structures, model answers or essay skeletons, because those would undermine the qualification you’re working for. And a plain-language promise: templates are practical starting points, not legal advice. Employment law moves — every pack flags its legal touchpoints and is reviewed annually, but always check current legislation and take advice on high-stakes cases.

Common Questions

Before you Download

Are these templates legally compliant?

They’re drafted around current UK employment-law practice and reviewed annually, with legal touchpoints flagged inside each document. But no template can know your policies, contracts or the facts of a live case — they’re starting points, not legal advice. For dismissals, discrimination risks or anything contentious, take professional advice.

What format do the templates come in?

Editable Word (.docx) files, unlocked and unbranded once downloaded, plus a PDF adaptation-notes sheet per pack. Adapt them, put your logo on them, use them across your organisation — the licence covers your internal use.

How do the packs relate to the courses?

Each pack maps to the unit where you studied the theory — the lifecycle pack pairs with 3CO04, the letters pack with 5HR01, and so on. Study the why in the course, then use the pack for the how. Neither requires the other, but together they close the theory-to-practice gap.

Can I use these in my assignments?

Reference them as you would any practice resource, but don’t submit template content as your own analysis — that’s not what they’re for and assessors recognise boilerplate instantly. The library deliberately contains no assignment scaffolds; your submissions stay entirely your own work.
