You did the qualification. Now make it visible
Most CIPD learners study to move — up, sideways, or into people practice for the first time. But a qualification buried in a CV's bottom line wins nothing. We help you tell the story recruiters and ATS filters are actually scanning for.
We sharpen your story. We never invent it.

Common Questions
Before you Book
Why can you edit my CV but not my assignment?
Because a CV isn’t assessed academic work — it’s your own professional document, and getting help with it is normal and expected. Assignments are different: they must be your own words under academic integrity rules, which is why our study services give feedback as comments only. Different documents, different rules, and we hold the line on both.
I'm mid-qualification. Should I put CIPD on my CV yet?
Yes — ‘CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma (in progress, expected 2026)’ signals commitment and current knowledge, and many job ads accept working-towards status. Our templates show exactly where and how to phrase it at each stage.
Do you write CVs for non-HR roles?
Our specialism is people-profession roles — HR administrator through to people director — and that’s where our reviewers add the most value. If you’re leaving HR entirely, the template pack still helps with structure, but the review services assume an HR target role.
Will my CV pass ATS screening?
Our templates are single-column, standard-font, parseable formats, and every review includes a keyword gap check against your target ad. No system can guarantee a pass — anyone who promises that is guessing — but we remove the known reasons CVs get filtered out.
