Before you Book

Is this tutoring, and is that allowed?

It’s guidance — questioning, modelling and explanation — which is exactly what tutors, study coaches and university writing centres provide. We don’t draft, edit or dictate assignment content in a session, and the summary notes record thinking and next steps, not answer material.

Can we look at my draft during the session?

Yes — talking through a section you’re struggling with is one of the best uses of the time. If you want structured written feedback on a whole draft, a mock mark is the better tool, and the two pair well.

Who runs the sessions?

CIPD-qualified practitioners who know the current briefs for the units we cover. When you book, we match you to someone familiar with your unit and level.

What if 45 minutes isn't enough?

Most single problems fit comfortably. If yours is bigger — a full unit plan, or recovering from a Refer — book a double session, or look at Refer Rescue which includes a call plus a written plan.
